Yes, it's all about missalignment, nothing is bent. It may need to support the bike on the lift stand and reassemble the whole front.

Yeah we are talking about handlebars/steering wheel. Should be something wrong with the forks i thing, maybe the upper bracket with the lower isn't completely straight, or something similar. When u ride the bike just straight, u will see the handlebars is a little bit towards to the right, but...

Because the bike treading straight while the steering wheel is not straight, but instead is a little bit towards the right.
