    Loose Screen Adjusters

After another ride broken up with intervals of having to stop to re tighten the bloody adjusters, I decided to do something about it. I removed the adjusters: I found some soft Nylon washers that I'd kept from some wrecked patio furniture. These fitted perfectly around the shoulder on the...

    Loose Screen Adjusters

Not a bad suggestion. I'll investigate to see whether this is possible or maybe remove the adjusters to insert spring washers under the knobs.

    Loose Screen Adjusters

After enjoying a couple of great rides on my Tracer over the weekend, I've noticed that the screen height adjuster knobs are working loose. Anyone else had this problem? I re-tighten them, go for a ride only to find they have slackened off again.

    Hello from North Wales UK

Hello from a fellow North Walian, also enjoying his new (to me anyway) Tracer. Had some great rides on it already and I certainly prefer it over my previous bike, a BMW R1200GS.

Custom Parts for the MT 09 - UK / EU

The ones listed in the Yamaha accessories list (adjustable and made by Gilles) are very nice but a whopping £200. Some nicely machined ones (without the fancy adjustment) would...

    Tracer tyre-kicking newbie

Hi all you folks out there, Test rode a tracer last weekend and loved it, what a bike! Got a 1200GS that I'll be selling soon so I can get my hands on a Tracer. Saw a great Race-blu for sale at a local dealer on Friday, 6 months old, 2000 miles and mint condition. Can't wait to join the dark side!
