    Dynojet PCV for FZ-09

Dyno to dyno numbers vary. I know the one I use read a bit low... but all I care is the stock base map vs what I have now. All I see on yours is 2 hp gain and 2 ft.lb of torque... Sorry... Mr. Spot Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

    tyre pressure

Front + 10% & rear + 20% from cold to hot pressure. Running F30/R30 put me around F33/R35 psi. That mean the tire will get enough heat and grip. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

    What B mode is for

I use STD pretty much all the time. With the EJK controller and Stoltec flash the bike run as smooth as B mode, just more power. B mode is for rainy day for sure... I roll on the throttle the other day merging on the highway from the on ramp. Getting wheel spin at 70 MPH in A mode wasn't fun...

Cam Chain Poll - Who has or hasn't had issues

Travis is a member in the other house. He had issue that the dealer fix and the noise came back. Long story short the problem is the adjuster is partially mechanical and can be adjusted with a allen key. Give 1/4 turn at the time and see if the noise go away... for a maximum of 3/4 turn. Part of...

Cam Chain Poll - Who has or hasn't had issues

+ 4K miles now and all good. It was starting to make some noise a bit at start up so I added 1/4 turn on the adjuster and did the Travis mod. (LOL)

    EJK Fuel controller Instalation

Now that you have access to the injectors, let install the EJK fuel controller. The space in front of the battery is perfect since it will give you easy access for future tuning. Use the Velcro supply with your kit to secure the controller in the storage area. Lay your wire loom on the RH side...

    EJK Fuel controller Instalation

It is better if you let the engine cool down a bit before you disconnect the fuel line. It takes time for the pressure to bleed down in the fuel line. It is always recommended to use a rag to pick up the little amount of fuel that might leak out the fuel line. Now that all the bolts are removed...

    Power Commander 5

EJK fuel controller has been doing a great job on my ride to tune my exhaust and fix the throttle response. Much cheaper than the PCV and just as good. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

    MUST Adjust Suspension

The bike is not that too soft, its under damp. Damping is so bad that its not even funny. Im 190 with gear and use the ZX-10 shock with the 9.1kg/mm (oem 9.7) plenty stiff just better damping. Need to work on the front end now... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

    Bouncy Bouncy

.85 kg/mm front with 5T preload and 10W oil. The rear is as I said previously. This is not a track setup. I tested the 9.7kg/mm and felt a bit too stiff to me. Im kind of right on the fence sort of. So I sticked to the 9.1 spring. Im 185 lbs. The adjuster are about in the middle... I installed...

    Bouncy Bouncy

Thats what I notice the most. To get the rear to work alright (not great) I had to give too much preload with no free sag. All fix now. 13mm free sag, 38mm rider sag and I have 10mm still left in stroke with the 9.1kg/mm spring. Thats at same static ride height as stock. Bang for the $ the ZX-10...
