Tried this some months back, i have cig socket (yamy one), direct to battery.. I had an old TomTom XL which was great, if i used the usb adapter in the cig socket to run it, it would not charge it, so would soon run out of juice... If i run off the proper cig style adapter it ran without issue...

My MT was Stock, I put on an Akra Ti with an 02 controller (which has now been removed as now flashed) and it popped and banged big time.. Left settings at zero and got wicked flames, I have never inserted the Cat either, in fact i never bought one...

Just curios... Mine was stock and popped like crazy, had it flashed, had options turned off, and popping almost stopped when DBK was in. Will be trying with it out come the weekend.. Was just wondering if yours had been flashed and u didnt know!

I had mate, it was my first choice, but i have been told by A J Suttons, who are a Shad Dealer that the E48's will not fit unless you have the oem tail tidy... If you have a tail tidy can u take a pic of that too, as they said the indicatirs fowl it...
