I certainly did, i left about 1cm of cut off pipes inside.. Put the pipe over the top, seam welded, swaged the open end slightly wider so it fitted inside the can correctly... To remove i use a hook...

I developed a rattle, went to dealer and talking to him about the cct, he said theyve swapped about 1/2 dozen, everyone went to Yam for testing, and according to Yam they havent found a faulty one yet... Suppose thats just dealer speak.... Still have the rattle..

My mates just Fabricated one for me, we cut where yours is, but slightly shorter, we fab'd a wide pipe, 48mm i think, and widened the inner end so it fits snug between the inner 3 outlets and single outer ring... So its one pipe from the fixing collar to the inner connector... Had its final fit...

Hi Yermaun... Your slightly heavier than me... Only slightly Wind you preload down so youve got 2 of the Thin Shiney Silver rings showing.. On both forks. Then on right fork, screw the rebound full in then wind back 1/2 turn.. On the rear, pop it 2 clicks harder above standard, the rebound...

Dont worry, go for it! Any country based in the EU, Jersey, Italy, France.... Etc will have no import duty... Got my akra from italy.. Zilch to pay, been ordering from Jersey for over 10 years... Never paid a penny on duty... USA is a different matter...
