Wish you to enjoyed your new juicy "orarge" the most !!!
Is there any difference in performance between '14 and '16 model ? I'm interested to know if you have felt new and old ECU maps differences..
36F - 42R all year mostly solo riding... high pressure reducing tyre wear as well.. so 15.150km for the first set of pr4s till the tyre wear indicators reach the tarmac.
PR4s feel different (underpressured) to me on the road when are in 33F - 36R.. but all in all these are rider's prefferences...
I was answering to XB12X's comment to my advise and i post it immediatelly (the same moment) after yours.
I think that when i were preparing my answer you have already send your post and.... it happened.
Nothing matter at all.
Hope you understand mate..
Hi Steve,
in Michelin's site you can choose by model.. if you do that way and choose MT/FZ-09 i hope you could find that PR4s are the suggested tyre for our bikes..
That way i used from down here..
Best choice,
the CO setting's has to be in +20 if you also fit Acrapovic racing zorst (according MisterB), for hi-flow filter and stock zorst he reccomends +6.
Few months ago i've changed my CO settings from -0- to +14 and seems to me that gained more torque at low rpm..
The only sure is that...
Riding is a matter of concentration... quick riding needs concentration and some adrenaline of course..
Personally i play with my bike when i'm fresh and calm... when i'm tired or "high" my mind ish't in riding but anywhere else..
As you wrote that happened after lunch.. if you drunk some beer...
I think that PR4s are made in Spain....
In Greece i payed 280 euros + free fitting... the tax here is 23% even for food !
Allthough tyre-shops competition is working as bennefit for customers..
Best tyre for everyday use, anywhere, anytime, even off-road !
I kept 1st pair 15000+km.. now i turn the 2nd to the limit
the only con is that their crown is a bit slower than stock tyres (D214-S20) but this is adding more stability.
You 'll never regret on them..
