    rust

    Hi all I have had my tracer for just 18months and love the bike. I have noticed rust on the bracket that hold the screen and headlamp adjusters. Also rust on the bracket that holds the rear brake fluid pot and bracket that holds the number plate. Am I doing something wrong? Is anybody else...

    Drain pipes not in bracket doh

    This either happened after 1st service or for gearbox recall, I imagine it was when tank lifted they pulled it up high instead of disconnecting the drain pipes and then didn't ensure back down properly seems like they are caught on something under tank.     Do your handlebar move some extent?

    If I pull / push the handlebar I've noticed that there is a small movement (1-1cm) forward and backward direction. :confused: I'm wondering that the holding bracket would be so soft? The screws aren't loose, I checked that. What you guys experienced? Thx

    A recall is going to be issued for some MT-07's due to the positive battery lead being to short and a problem with a seat bracket. Yamaha recalls MT-07 for potential fire risk caused by defective electrical wiring Think mine is one of them.

    Tail Light Mod

    After fitting the rear rack i felt the tail light became to obstructed for other road users. I made up a bracket and extended the wiring loom 270mm and relocated the bracket under the back of the rack. Photo attached.
