Sorry if my post isnt the right place.
I had a crash 2014, rigt side. been driving with it for 20000km now,
when in first gear, and i release the clutch, the bike starts to shake and will jump.
The dealer said the reasson was the crash, but i crashed 20000km ago,
and never had any problems wit the bike. Now he said it will cost about 2000Gbp (15000dkr)
to fix, My question is , isnt it better to buy a used Engine/Gearbox ??
Any one that can link were its posibel to buy ,
Engine, gearboxes for Mt 09 from 2014.

has he said what he will be replacing for the £2000? Is it a new gearbox? Its not something simple like your chain and sprockets are totally worn out and the chain is skipping the sprockets?
I used 2nd hand engine is around the £1500 mark in the UK, depending on the state of yours it may be better to swap the whole engine over

The engine is in good shape (or was ) until yesterday besides the problem: shaking. He didnt mentioned the gearbox, just said that the clutch house was expensive , need to replace the sump ,clutch, oilpump, cases, gasket. he found metal pieces in the
pilpump( ithink). When i drove to him from my house to 60 KM(37 miles ) nothing wrong !1
