my Name is Joe.
I'm riding my R6 2011 ( black / gold rims ) for 3 years, and I'm looking for some more comfortable riding.
I want a MT09 in DEEP ARMOR with ABS to keep my backbone healthy.
My Yamaha dealer told me, that all bikes are out of stock & he wont get any new ones until July / August.
He made me an offer to the Street Rally
( http://www.yamaha-motor.eu/uk/products/motorcycles/mt/mt-09-sr.aspx ) , but it costs 900,- Euro more !

Has anyone of you bought the Street Rally and leaved out this extra SR-Package ?
I would take this bike and sell the package.

Took off the fairings.

Done : Plate holder, tail light, led turn signals, Puig Sport black Windscreen
To do : crash pads, levers

hi joe, you can put the rally parts on ebay, im sure someone will want them. ich habe viele bayerische Freunde, die mit mir in thailand fahren and im sure your *hoden* will be more comfortable than when riding the R6

Sorry joe wot I mean is... It looks just like my MT-09 and I do t have the Street Rallye. Is this wot it looks like without all the plastics on it?

I kept the street rally seat , because i seems to be 3,5cm higher and it is black with red seam

Hey Joe, I hope you but it and sell the extras to stop you having to wait. In my honest opinion it looks far better without all the extras and you should get your money back selling them.

My last bike was a 2011 R6, and believe me, you will love the MT09!
