new panels turned up, put them on for fit and they are perfect all bolts line up and job done. moved dash to new position, now have to fit a steering damper that i blagged off ebay for £5.00 here are some pics wayne.

here are the parts removed to date, had to put horn, rear reflector and numberplate back on so i can finish running it in, ready for its first service.
forks are coming out sunday to be sent to be sorted and matched to a wilbers shock.

its a r/g hugger got caught in the rain for a bit and worked well.
ive gone with the suspension people who you use they should get my forks by the end of next week, was trying to get to cadwell with marlbromt but cant change work as iam booked til end january with work cheers wayne.

Changing rear shock suited to me, rebuilding the front forks correctly to my kitted weight, whether I take pillion, top boxes, panniers etc, using all Wilbur shocks. There's a suspension specialist about 4 miles from me.... He's done quite a few but no-one seems to comment on them that's had them done.
Yes flipper, their only about 4 miles from me, popped in after I had my bike, recommended by a friend who had his bandit done there.
Can't remember exactly, but 640 or 641 rings a bell for some reason. It's not something I've looked at before

Have you sold all the standard parts
not yet, at the moment, was going to stick it as a total package on ebay, but then iam not sure what to do, will let the forum know before it all goes on ebay cheers wayne
Fairy nuff. The 641 is the one you want. They've been really helpful when I've contacted them in the past.
forks out, tanks off no fuel loss and remember to put a bit of cardboard on the frame as i found when lifted it touches as you may scratch top of frame, good day except that i broke my finger right through the bone skin cut was just hanging on, hospital stitched it back on, as a temp got to go back tues to have it done again,
U were only supposed to take the bladdy front end off lol. How did u manage to detach a digit?
LOL this is embarassing between the front caliper mount and disk, the worst bit is that if i had of cut the last couple of mm of skin holding it on and thrown the bloody finger away i would be ten grand better off. twat of the week wayne beeston .

Yeah i cut one off years ago, it's a wierd feeling picking up your own finger and taking it to A&E.
I didn't bother having it stitched back on they couldn't gaurantee it would work?
hope it is ok it's the nerve damage and ligaments that are the issue
