Kev's "Anti throttle surge mod"!

Fitted mine today, been busy, stripped old zorst off, lifted tank, popped on Kevs O2 controller, popped on new zorst, added battery terminals for Oxford Oxi-thingy battery charger...

Left ticking over for a while... Baffle still in... Unfortunately it's lashing it down here, so hopefully will out tomorrow to try..

I bought my MT June 2014, saved the pennies, bought it in Jan, just had a couple of days off, so on it goes.

The O2 controller is a doddle to fit, so combined it with popping the zorst on.... Thanks for the MOD Kev....

Thanks for your feedback, richening up that closed loop does make the bike much nicer to ride

I won't say that my bike was undriveable in Standard mode before this mod but I will say that it was like riding a kangeroo mating with a raging bull riding a rollercoaster. I think this was just my bike though, so if any theme park owners want to give me a call I can sell the Kev-mod on later..Ta mate.

Problem?

Hi
I've just received mine today too and am keen to get it fitted.
Have got up to where you raise the tank and now need to thread the O2 oem sensor loom back through the frame but am struggling to separate the existing connector.
Can someone advise me please?
Thanks!
Tony

Please ignore!
Sussed it just a very very tight fit!!

Just had ride after fitting and what a massive difference!
A mode all through town - no snatchiness
Money well spent!
Thanks Kevin
Feeling like I'm riding a different bike now...

I just got in from my first ride with the O2 mod. What a difference. No snatchiness at all . A totally different animal. So smooth. Thanks kev. The bike is so much more rideable.
