I will enjoy each single one, individually ☺?can't wait to see the new mod up!
looks like I should wait a little longer so that I can get both mods (clutch+O2) together?! [emoji14]
The CO in the dash can adjust the CO from Zero to approx. +2% throttle openings, after that the fuel injection runs on a map using all the sensor inputs to determine the A/F ratio, running the base idle CO1,2,3 too rich is not good for a motor or Kat, I would not adjust it unless you have checked your A/F ratio at idle is too lean or too rich.

Who ever said 14 is best have they actually measured the A/F ratio? I will post up my fuel trim tables from my custom Dyno map with my Akra Carbon when I get home tonight, this will show what was corrected to achieve an A/F ratio of 13.2:1 across the 300 odd fuel trim tables
I have never said it is bad to adjust your CO as long as you know how much you are correcting the A/F ratio by. My mod is still lean for peak power at approx. 13.6:1, an A/F ratio of 12:1 is not good for a motor. I will do some data logging for you so we can put some A/F ratio numbers to the dash offset numbers, for example if we go +10 in the dash how much does it adjust the A/F ratio by & so on.

Great saves me some time measuring it all out, what was the difference in the A/F ratio between zero & 14?
Yeah, right! We were expecting A/Fs and ended up with nothing. We want what was promised, and will not be satisfied with anything else ?Nice results was that with baffle out, I am little puzzled the Dyno sheet does not reflect any A/F ratio results to what numbers in the dash represents as in actual A/F ratio which we were talking about, the Dyno sheet shows 100% throttle power runs in HP & Torque.
OK longer clutch lever mod done & sorted, 8mm longer from centre to centre = a much lighter clutch, I had to bend the cable bracket so the inner cable pulls straight, I will put a nice titanium bolt & nylock nut on tomorrow
I won't be building any more this is a once off mod for my bike.
That's a shame Kev - I've a badly damaged left wrist and finding the MT hard work for anything more than a quick blast. Please let me know if you change your mind.
Best
