I take it tyre pressure are the usual 36f/42r?

Oil 10/40 semi synthetic?

Why you need the oil? Mine hasn't used a drop between services in 2 years.

Reason I asked was I know some people still like to change the oil early when running in, and my advice would've been 'Don't bother'.

Completely agree, always keep a small bottle of top up oil at home just in case!

I run mine 36psi front & back find 42 psi to hard. Doing oil change at Easter Motul 300v fully synthetic, and also iridium spark plugs.

I will put iridium plugs in mine at 12.000 miles I've had them in a few bikes now.

Iridium plugs, don't knock 'em,I have them in my Fazer 600 and get 32,000 miles out of a set, just coming up to the end of the second sets life.

If you look around you can get them cheap as well, think I paid £6 per plug last time I bought off the interweb
