Love the look actually first saw this on a bike when I was in Europe a number of years ago. Did this while it rained here this morning on Canada Day!

Doesn't need to be where it is in my point of view not an area I would expect to accidentally touch. Just looks better than blued pipes. Actually hope it doesn't hold too much heat and cause any issues.

Plus makes the bike mine!

I could understand wrapping if it were an area you were prone to touch. Sure it looks nice and personalizes your bike. Just accept the fact that you may be reducing life expectancy of the header by having wrapped it. As long as you're happy with the look and accept any risks then rock on my friend.
