Hey Noggie that ticking you here might well be the injectors...?

I have the akra, but it sounds pretty much like yours on that sound, just the ticking of the valves.
I thought that since the exhaust is on the other side it might sound better.

Been thinking about mounting the camera on the swing arm, or on the pillion pegs.
I'm a bit concerned about having it on my helmet in case of an accident.

You are absolutely right about that.

I got the sliders fitted yesterday and did a camera test fit.
Now its just to wait for spring and do an actual test. Having it on that side might pick up a bit more of the Akra sound, but I suspect a fair amount of engine ticking.

Noggie are you using a tether?

I would recommend it if your not. Cant be too careful with camera that expensive.

I will be, though this was just a test fit, won't be riding for a couple of months yet.
