Baffles out

I tried getting the insert out this weekend by removing the can from the bike. I couldn't get any of my tools to unscrew the bolt for the baffle though. Any one know the exact tool needed? Is it in US measures?

It's a 4mm Allen head machine screw. You might find a small tack weld on the side of the screw.

my dealer took the baffles out before I picked the bike up , they gave me the baffles with a sheared off bolt in and said that they all did that ! so maybe they need extra welly to get them out ? don't know ? anyway he did give me a spare bolt and I drilled the old one out . the thing is I haven't got round to fitting them , I've cut them down , ready , but apart from me ringing ears it does sound the bollocks !!!!!

Modified baffle with puller ... of course now it's modified it doesn't need the puller.
