I have barker duels on my raptor 700 and love them. Makes the most power of the duels and a great sound. How would one ask a company such as Barker to make an exhaust for the FZ 07?

That's an interesting idea, like the sound of a duel stubby can set up one each side
I don't know if you mean the same thing but IXIL has dual end pipes for the FZ/MT-07
But maybe you mean one on each side?
)Yes. True duals. Two pipes and two mufflers. One down each side.
