Only had my tracer a couple of weeks & put 300 miles on it so far, but noticed a big variation in the coolant temperature thats displayed on the dash. When out on country roads, its at about 69-75C. This seems quite low to me - both my cars run at a steady 85-90C. But when i spent 10-15 mins stuck in traffic on a cold day, it shot up to 105C & the fan kicked in.
Can anyone confirm if this is normal? Most cars & bikes i've owned, once up to temperature tend to stay at quite a steady temp & only go up on hot days whilst stuck in traffic. I can seldom remember the fan running on my last bike, even when in Spain in temps of 35-38C.
