Handlebar bag

i am looking for a handlebar bag that are waterprrof and fits in to the Handlebar on the tracer. So far i have jut found this

But its quite expencive, Anyone have other suggestion.

Shape doesn't look very practical to me. What do you want to keep in there? Why not go for a tank bag, the click lock tank ring ones are good if you want to go that route. Or, my preference is for a bum bag which might be worth a look.
