HAPPY MAN! yesterday ordered one!

Dear Forum,

First of all i come from The Netherlands (amsterdam) so dont blame me on my bad english.
Last year in october i bought a R1 2003 and exaclty 1 year after that (yesterday evening) i bought a new MT-09 2015 Race Blu
Its just been ordered and the expetations are that mine is gonne be delivered on 3 januari 2015!

Now i got a couple of questions on small parts of the bike.

I have read some issues with the small licence plate, that your back can get wet. What i your opinion on buying a smaller license plate holder?
Second question, if i buy the Akrapovic is it recommend to buy a new ecu model?

Hi. Welcome to the forum.

It doesn't matter what size plate u have on. Will get a wet back and a wet arse.

Just get the carbon Akrapovič. U won't be disappointed lol

Trawl the forum - There's a wealth of information on engine mapping and ECU updates. Bite the bullet and go for the Carbon Akra, IMHO.

why not the full titanium?
i never heard the carbon tho
and i saw some nice flames come out of the titanium one

Until you get the bike you have so many time to read, dream and decide what type of acra..IMO let the stock pipe for the break-in period and then you spend money on it..
