Has anyone heard of 4th Dimension? (crash repairs)

I could have sworn I posted this a few days ago but buggered if I can find the post now...

As subject, has anyone any experience of 4th Dimension bike repairers? The MT is currently in their custody after it and I were taken roughly from behind by a driver who drove into the back of me while I was stationary at some traffic lights. All's gone OK so far, but just curious to see if anyone has had a bike repaired by them

I have, after my MT07 was damaged in a collision. They were my insurer's repairer of choice.

They seem OK to me - I certainly had no issues with their service or repairs.

In case anyone looks this up in the future, I got my bike back this weekend after 8 weeks. It looks to me as if they've done a good job, it's also come back cleaner than I've seen it for over a year! In the main, communication was good, and they gave me all the information I needed, my only reservation is how long it took, but they supplied a decent loan bike (covered by the insurance) for the duration, so I can't complain. Nice to have it back though!
