Height, or lack of it!

I'm 5ft 11 and inside leg 31inches and when sat on the bike can put both front bits of my feet on the ground leaving the heels slightly off the ground. So I bought some new boots and while looking for them came across these.

so I bought them along with these

and now I can put both feet on the ground. At least they'll do till I decide if I'm going the lowering link route.
here's the actual height difference on my kitchen door,with and without the inserts while wearing the boots.

I'm 5' 5", never been able to put both feet on the floor, i am on tip toes, never lowered anything, not even forks, still on max, changed the seat which has made it a touch higher again.. i dont have an issue at all.. my driveway points skywards which can be awkward, but riding I have never had any issues..
