How's it going all

Just bought an Orange 2015 MT-09 and love the thing, so much power compared to my old bike, which was a 2005 DL650 V-strom with 72000+kms on it. I look forward to reading about mods and travels

Well........ owned the bike two weeks had 250kms on it, went for a ride and hit some gravel (that was unable to be seen until you're on top of it) at 40km/h and high sided. It happened Tues and I'm still sore now, just waiting on insurance to sort the bike as she has about $4000 worth of damage

I'm in Melbourne, after 17 years and 20+ road bikes I also bought an orange MT 09.

High sided it with 29 klms on the clock at about 40 kph.

Insurance sorted it out, $4000 damage..

I share your pain..

Do I need to be looking at the auctions for one of your blokes bikes then?

The MT09's seem to be featuring at the crahed auctions on regular basis nowadays.
