Leovince exhaust

So i was thinking of buying this :

i think that it comes in a good price what do you think?
my only concern is that it is really close to the rear wheel and the fumes.......pointing the rear tyre! do you think that this mite be a problem?
btw is there enough crearence from the chain?

About LeoVince check page 38, at 42 you have my post about it.

About short distance to rear tyre - it has carbon cap wchich is not hot at all, and exhaust gases are thrown on right side, not to rear, so even on parking, or in traffic jam it has no effect on rear tyre temperature.
Chain or rear suspension has no problem to work, everything is fitted just fine.
