They're 5399 at my dealer, so the "on-road" charges are £200. So no, you didn't really get stung (any more than I did!).

First registration was £55 and Road Tax £78, when I last looked.

The rest may be the dealer's charge for PDI. I'll see if I can find out.

There's an £89 documentation fee on my order, which seems to be standard at that dealer. Strangely this brings the on road fees to £222, but they charge £200.

I passed my full licence in December last year and also put a deposit down on a deep armor ABS MT-07 I ordered it on 14/03/14 and im expecting it in on 10th April ready for 12th April.
All ive got is a receipt for my deposit and no order form as such. Dealer is Alf England in Bedworth (Midlands) and were very helpful.
I was considering the ABS model and when they said i would get the ABS one earlier i just went for it.
