My first decent day in 2017

I went out on Saturday for the whole day on my bike with it being such a nice day,
and not riding it for a while properly really did make me think that the MT 07 is a great allrounder if your not a speed demon....
Bring on the summer thats all i'm saying..

Strange how when you get back on a 07 after a
bit of a lay off how good they feel.

Round Britain rally starts Sunday the 2nd once that starts my
miles will start to rack up, for anyone looking for ideas for rides
out the RBR is a good excuse for getting on the bike.
My 07 on a passed rally.

201 miles today on the Round Britain Rally averaged 42 mph and 70 mpg
nice weather bit cold am good day out bike ran perfectly.

Just got back from a little 4 day run on the MT up to Donnington for bsb then a day in the peak district nice roads up there with less potholes than Devon, bike went great with panniers and top box still felt really light and agile.On the motorway it's fine cruising at an indicated 80 -85 but I couldn't wait to get back on some proper roads, riding in a straight is so boring.
