From the exploded diagram grafting an 09 front end MAY be problematic. The diagram shows a stepped steerer tube and It MAY be a bigger bottom bearing. MAY mean you can't fit it into the head tube or you MAY have to fit an adapter into the bottom of the head tube. Might be possible to turn down the steerer but usually isn't.
