Had an email from this chap, bought a fender extender of him from Ebay, its a pyramid plastics one.
Stuff seems reasonably priced (well, much cheaper than Yamaha stuff)

Think someone tried the rear hugger , next to useless sadly ! R &G hugger looks good , but no way im paying £115 for a piece of bloody plastic ! Got a pyramid fender extenda , works a treat .

i got the rear 1 on and it stops about a teaspoon full out of a deluge of 30 gallons of road shit.......

Ive got the front extenda from Pyramid. Brilliant.
A rear one too. Ok ish but better than the standard offering. [you need to rivet or screw it on as well as glue it and remember to read the instructions that it takes about 4-6 hours to set hence screws as well]
I have had emails from Pyramid telling me about side frame infills that I like the look of and will invest in soon. £75 the pair I believe. [just need to put some o/t in to pay for them]
They are also developing some tank to radiator colour matched infills that look kind of nice. Belly pans too. Have a look on their site. Pyramid I have personally found in the past to be a. reasonably priced. b. a good fit and 7. good quality.

Be careful if you have a front fender extender fitted with a akrapovic, fitted one and left the bike running after
washing it off until the fan cut in and mine as melted
