Hi guys, just joined as I bought a new mt09 last week, so far loving it with a 1000 clicks knocked up in the first week. Not able to really crack it on yet but so far loving the triple torque. Not many here in HK as they don't like big bikes, no problem more for me :-)

I thought I'd leave that up to catchacloud's impulses to see what comes back.
At the end of the day, it's all porn wether it's got two wheels or two, errr... headlights, it's all good.
Come on catchacloud, what have you got for us?

Yes all us expats have big bikes but the locals love scooters all be it big engined ones they all love the TMAX which is 550 cc and not slow.

Loving the mt and yes run in nearly, starting to open her up a bit now ?

So ordered some nice bits for it, radiator guard, crash bungs and shorty levers now looking at exhausts, want something throaty but not too loud, suggestions

will post pics when I figure out how too

Welcome!
Start with the suspension tuning and your bike will become more enjoyable and safe.. a cheap and easy way is to mode a ZX10R '08-'10 rear shock and Ohlins (or other) front's springs (90kg/cm instead of stock wich they are 75kg/cm).
Then spend your money on tyres

Got to admit I have both front and rear shocks wound up as hard as I can and its still feeling soggy. Front not so bad as back though. Thx for the tip
