starter motor failure

has anyone had their starter motor fail?
i have had 2 fail now same problem on both ,all of the stator magnets have become un glued and shifted round the inside of the starter motor casing and smashed themselves to pieces

No issues with mine, its a 2013 1st gen model, about 39000 miles

Mine is fine 2017 -O9 14k on the clock

The starter motor can fail due to the return spring on the starter switch being to weak to return. The switch stays on an burns out the motor. Replace the spring with one that is stronger ( $5 from hardware shop with a bit of grinding to make it shorter)
