I just received my tail tidy yesterday. I was an R & G.
I bought it on Ebay au.
I'm a fussy bastard I know, but it just doesn't cut the mustard in my opinion.
Two reasons for this, firstly the stock indicators don't fit and never will fit unless you modify the bracket.
Fair enough, the website did warn me of this, but seeing that this item fits an MT 09 I would expect it to be plug & play.
The same website sells aftermarket Led indicators but then you need a new relay too so that's another $60.00 plus postage.
Secondly, the new tidy doesn't allow you to fit the cover that allows the seat to be unlocked.
It's a spring loaded cover that does it's job well.
This is very necessary due to the amount of grit the rear wheel throws up.
The lock would be seized in a very short time without this cover and you wouldn't be able to remove the seat.
I have a mig welder and modified the bracket to take the stock indicators but for those who think this is an easy and good fit, forget it.
