I find 36 33 "on my tyre gauge" gives a good ride. Not too hard so has a bit of give over bumps or leaning in. Sometimes I run them half or whole PSI up if it's cold in the mornings for example but otherwise I'd stick to that. I'm about 12 st too.
It's certainly a good starting point to adjust slightly up or down from it they feel a bit soft or hard.
If you have the Michelin Pilot Roads on, for the front tyre some people report upping this to 34 makes it a bit more stable under braking (on other bikes)
