uuuuuuhhh what the ....... why?


The Sport Tracker in the video, what are Yamaha aiming at with that?
Whats its intended purpose.
I can see that the Street Ralley is probably aimed at younger riders but what is the Tracker for?
 
Mate, i like the Street Rally, good for you on buying one, There's nothing else out there like it and Yamaha are pushing the boundries, which is great. The tracker is a little odd, but i do like some of the touches.
 
MT, see you went on Saturday, 'The Rain', I went Sunday when the sun came out (lucky really), I looked at that thing, didn't like it... Brushed alloy plates didn't look good, I walked away...

I like the Naked 09, i thought the whole idea is to make it "Your Own".... And that's what I intend to do...EVENTUALLY...!!!

Each to our own, we all have different tastes..

Mate I like the street rally too. If I'd have had the option to get one when I bought my 09 I would have jumped at it!
 
I went to the darkside tour in Birmingham on the Sunday.
Test rode the SR, I found it more top heavy than the standard MT-09, also those handgaurds stick out a hell off a lot from the end of the bars which would make filtering a nightmare. The seat is what I wanted to try. It felt great sitting on it, BUT, when I test rode it for 20 mins or so, I was glad to get off it. I'm 6'2" and 250lbs and it was a nut crusher. Decided to keep the shape of the original seat and going to send it off to get the dip taken out of it.
Others than that it's a good looking bike.
 
i think that looks spot on.......its the handlebar stuff i dont like. id buy the chin, side panels tank panels and the belly pan fillets and colour code them. TT? are the other bits available.......cheap? well, those 8 kits are missing the seats now........:)
 
Yer I am currently looking at doing something simler my self . I do hold my hands up to liking the number board on the front of the street tracker and having that fitted on instead

but not the 2 tone brown and grey seat?.............:eek:

Pmsl. Ud think that there's 8 kits out there going cheap now lol
