Yes. Shoei say that is their policy of a straight swap so I'm guessing the dealership u went to were just being knobs
Unfortunately I went straight to Shoei Australia. I can't imagine our dealers ever offering this service unless forced...
Maybe Shoei Australia don't like giving their customers a decent service lol

I actually had a lie in this morn! My house like a military zone when the rest of the nutters get up especially my youngest so I like to get up early before them and chill for an hour or two!
