Ventura do a few tang bags which attach to the tank using suction pads. Never tried one, but Ventura stuff is top quality.

Which quick release tankbag system?

I own both SW MOTECH Evo city and Evo Engage.
I am happy with them.
I use them for two different purposes .
If I'm going on a little trip out of the blue , I use evo Engage, it can hold my phone, a bottle of water and an apple.
If I have a slightly larger trip where I eg take my SLR with me, I use the Evo city .
It's great with the small pockets. Here you can just keep a mint and a little visor spray.
To get the bags easy on and off I have let the template for making the holes remain in place, as it raises the bag a few millimeters so that it easily snaps into the ring .
I have here attached pictures of my bags mounted on my tracer .
