thanks to that my battery went flat on Sunday, mate had an off so I left my bike at the corner to warn traffic, fortunately it was on a bit of a slope and just managed to bump it before the slope became an incline

yes, I keep pressing the indicator off... 30 years of the horn button on the bottom and I can't break the habbit

I'm glad hear there's someone else with the same problem.
Someone at Yamaha noticed too cos the Tracer has the normal setup.
It's such a pain.

If enough of us got together maybe we could sue them on safety grounds.
Instead of being able to warn other road users, all we could do was cancel our indicators aggressively before they rammed us off the road.
I'll get the yellow pages out and start calling lawyers
