So I took the bike out for the first time this year.
I parked the bike back in late October last year, not battery charger or anything, and 4,5 months later it fires right up without any trouble at all.
That impressed me.
The trip was cold, so it was not a very long one, I see I have to work out some "steering rust" after not riding for months, should be fine after an hour or so I guess, get back into the swing of things again.
